Many people in the Morris County area are familiar with the long history of the Market Street Mission providing meals, shelter and hope to so many in need. The Market Street Mission Thrift store is a big part of helping to fund the various programs that many are familiar with including the Long Term Addiction Recovery Program which helps men throughout New Jersey find the freedom from addiction in a Christ centered program!
The Market Street Mission Thrift store is not your typical thrift store. Our store is dedicated to serving the Lord, Jesus Christ, in doing his work in helping to provide the community with needed clothing, furniture and household items as well as raising money for all of our ministry though sales of some amazing donations. All of your purchases at our store go directly to help fund the programs at the Market Street Mission. Along with finding some amazing deals at our store, we also hope to show the love of the Lord each and every day as his glory is shown throughout our store.
Men from our Long Term Addiction Recovery Program also help operate the store each day which is a fantastic testimony to seeing the Lord change the lives of those who ask of him. We love the support we receive every day from our donors and shoppers as we all work together in helping so many in need.
