MEET OUR TEAM

With decades of business and ministry experience and a heart for seeing hurting lives restored, Gordon Dahl stepped into the role of Market Street Mission’s CEO in September of 2025.

He first started at the Mission as our Director of Retail, overseeing our thrift stores in Morristown and Asbury Park for seven years, but his influence has extended beyond the walls of the thrift stores. His tireless dedication to that role and the larger ministry of Market Street Mission has generated remarkable success for the Mission.

Prior to joining Market Street, he spent 25 years in the corporate world rising to the VP of Marketing for an international company known as the preeminent instrument designer in the global ophthalmic surgical instrument field. He led his team with excellence, and the company grew and flourished during his tenure. Gordon has also served as an Elder in his church, Christ the King Church in Dover, for more than 25 years. No matter where Gordon has worked or served, his love for Jesus and desire to serve Him has shone steady and true.

Gordon brings a deep spiritual maturity and servant’s heart as well as proven strategic leadership wherever he serves. He is well known for his relational care, integrity, and pursuit of excellence. We are thrilled to have Gordon at the helm of Market Street Mission as we continue in our commitment to share the transforming love of Jesus with those who are struggling with addiction and brokenness.
